Don't know if it's already been brought up, but here it comes:
There's a grab finisher in the Aikido style where you first throw your opponent to the ground and then do a cartwheel over him lying on the ground and throw him to earth once more. I've seen it several times now, and each time, it worked incorrectly: My opponent was already dead and lying on the ground when my character started to perform this move. When he was doing his cartwheel he simply moved away from the corpse.
I've already bugged it, but thought an additional admonition here wouldn't be out of place.
