Michael met with fellow members at the Church of the Disciples to discuss many things, including that which is on the forefront of many minds lately: the betrayal of Niobe by Anome.
Michael explained that although we disagree with Zion on a number of vital issues, strong ties between our groups remain; we fight many of the same enemies. The loss of a strong leader like Niobe could potentially be the thunderbolt that shatters the bedrock of Zion, where internal dissent continues to flourish in old cracks and fissures. Without Zion to occupy our enemies, we could very well find ourselves overwhelmed from all sides. Therefore, it is in our interests that Niobe be restored so Zion as quickly as possible, and we must work toward that goal as fervently as possible.
Michael was also very happy to reward our operatives for their efforts, including giving special commendations to member Hydrazine, who has among other things spearheaded the creation of a secure information relay, and to the Insurgence, SOTI, and Digital Remnant factions, whose efforts have been particularly noteworthy of late. Thanks to operatives such as these and many others, E Pluribus Neo has become a force to be reckoned with.
Hostile operatives attempted to ambush the meeting, but they could not prevent our members from making their way out of the church as the meeting adjourned.
