Machine operatives,

Certain Zionite representatives appear to have been laboring under the misapprehension that we seek their aid in bringing criminals to justice. As I made plain to them, this was a false assumption. Furthermore, they must be made to realize that harboring known terrorists, such as members of the "E Pluribus Neo" group, will not be tolerated.

Our operatives on the scene report that soon after I departed from the meeting place, the Cypherite controller, Veil, made an appearance, and led an assault against the terrorists. We wish to make it clear that this action was not directed by agents of the System; Veil is still considered an outlaw herself, and is wanted for questioning in relation to numerous acts of violence. While a particular cause for her appearance at this junction has not been ascertained, it is known that the Cypherites and E Pluribus Neo are generally hostile toward each other.
