I regret that I am not writing under happier circumstances. As you have no doubt seen with your own eyes, the Cypherite splinter group, the Sleepwalkers, has launched a city-wide attack. Coincident with the beginning of this attack, sites for the "Piece of Blue Sky" concert series appeared throughout the city. And a further occurrence: a power drain on the primary energy supply of the simulation, heretofore confined to a minor fluctuation, has increased with startling rapidity, to the point where it begins to endanger the functionality of the Matrix program itself.

Tesoros, if this threat is not stopped soon, we face the danger of a system-wide crash that would kill all humans dependent on the System. We cannot allow this to occur!

Preliminary reports by field operatives have described suspicious code leaks at the concert sites, and the presence of unknown redpill "security" staff. Our analysis indicates a high probability that the concert sites are somehow linked to the Sleepwalkers, and the energy drain upon the simulation.

To underscore the dire nature of this threat, the Architect himself appeared before a selection of Machine operatives, describing the problem, and directing operatives to locate and place under surveillance all of the concert sites. Any unusual activity must be reported to your commanding officer immediately. Furthermore, the Sleepwalker attackers must be resisted wherever they appear.
