Ok I can not log into the games. Everytime i Put in my user names and password it says it is

Authenticating........failure (error)



*CENSORED* is going on?  I know my username and password is the same for the past month And I havet chnged it.


Is anyone else havign issues?

ok here is some more info I have for this error


IT says launch version is V7.5525


Client version is v7.5524


if i click the full system check button it tells me a update is required, when I hit resart to get update tells me only one version of game can be running . I only have one version of game on, I dont have multiple windows on, I even restarted my  computer to ee if that helps nda

Is this to log into the EP server you guys are talking about? well its been down since CR2 went live, so don't expect to get back into it any time soon, unless the devs are going to test more stuff on us.


But if your trying to access the live servers, that is a problem.  Click on the "check for patches" button, then let it scan and do it's thing.  don't press the restart button because it just screws it up.  It should auto restart on its own, and will check for updates.  Hopefully it will download the new client and you'll be off the see the Oracle and Agent Pace and what not in no time.


Otherwise, you might just have to call tech support and have them tell you the same thing I told you, or they might say that the update server hasn't been updated yet, and to log in some time later so you can download the patch.

If you mean now 12:30 gmt ish you should check out the new and announcment thread looks like there gonna be down for a while :smileymad:
