You can still go to it from the tree overview screen and can still manually load it via /loadlo, just that you can't access it through Infiltrator (as you've shown).

HCFrog said they removed it due it's absolute pointlessness for the future. You can still manually equip it, but they hope to revamp it in the future (but that's *far* from confirmed)
