just on the EP server or for the full game? also, do you mean 32mb video card? there's too little information to have any idea what you're experiencing.
But, if this is for the Live game goto the Technical Help forum and there's a tech admin there that will answer your questions. This board is just for the External Playtest Server.

Simply put, your graphic card can NOT run MXO. It's unfortunate, but you must upgrade the card or it will not work. You need to get a minimum of 64mb, and I would suggest 128mb so you can really enjoy mxo or even the test server for that matter. Good Luck.

128 mb cards are only around 20-50 dollars now.

Typically you can not change the graphics card on laptops.

is it dell? cause I have an inspiron 5100 and changed the video card on that one. The best one I could get for it though was only 64 mb, but enough to play at work . For my laptop I had to take the keyboard off and another part to get to the card then replace it. Unless you know what you're doing don't do it cause you can easily mess up your laptop...
Actually, give me a link to your laptop model and I'll look it up for you.

nVidia and ATi are only just bringing swappable laptop graphics cards to the table, I don't know how far they've been implemented into laptops yet though.
If you're buying a laptop with the intention of gaming you really need to buy the absolute maximum spec at the time to give it as much future proofing as you can, because they are notoriously unupgradable as a rule.

Run the game in windowed mode.
Open up the options.cfg file in notepad and search for the line Windowed = 0 and change it to Windowed = 1.
If you can't find Windowed = 0 then just add Windowed = 1 at the botttom of the file.
