This thread is specifically for players to comment on anything that seems to lead to a region-server outage. If you do something or see players doing something that often or always seems to lead to stability problems, please report it in this thread. (Assuming you can't get a /bug off in time.)

We're fairly confident it isn't the number of players in an area. However, with a large number of players in an area, the chance that at least one will do something that is causing the problem increases.

It seems there was an issue with players having an RSI Hack in their Inventories and attempting to purchase another one. An update was applied today and seems to have done the trick. Thanks for all your help!
