Sounds like breaking up mini-zergs will now be harder than ever.
The ONLY overpowered hacker tree before was Ballista but everyone whined and complained to no end.
Now we can deal with all new imbalances.

Um, am i the only one who feels that when zerged - In any useable combat system - you SHOULD lose. 6 on 1 should be odds you cannot easily survive. So now deal with the zerg through tactics. Trust me, it is doable.
And hacker. code shock - overpowered and obscene. Everything in arb - too strong. Despoil - absurd. Bottleneck - too harsh/too long. Dev field. overpowered. Those really need balancing. The rest is not too bad.
