ok i've ran around town and u see these ads on bilboards and posters that well seem to have nothing to do with the and i know factions need new members so my idea is to have a faction beable to pay INFO and send in an ad they want and have it up on the posters and bilboards and depending on the ammount they pay the more u'll see it
