Well during missions, it came apparant, (well to me anyway) that if you need to upload data to an hardline your quite far away from one, at the moment this space has no gangs or nothing spawning there so wouldn't it be nice to put a new hardline in?
its also a nice enclosed area, perfect for pvp with the large floor area and the four buildings surrounding the area.
I know this would probably never get added but it makes me feel better that i said it, one less idea i have to remember
anyway the location is
International X:-91 Y:1 Z:563
The hardline would be Shinjuku North
and heres my "nooby" mock pictures, hm they were a bit rushed so they are no way near as good as they could have been. maybe when i have the time i will imrpove these pictures, but you get the point..
