Faction Code Bank

I don't know if this has got mentioned before but what about having a faction code bank.  All members of faction could store their code bits, red frags, sub routines etc in a faction bank  and the faction coders could look in the faction and use what's there to code whatever is requested by the faction leader.  It could be set up like what we have now with the $i faction bank.

Any thoughts?

Edit - It would also free up some space in each individuals code storage space.
