I wasn't sure whether to put this here or in the EP discussion, but here seems slightly more appropriate. Is there any possible way that you could give a simulcra a command to either enter and stay in, or leave interlock altogether?

This is the one main issue I have with this tree at the moment. Nuker sims going into interlock when I want them staying out, and Akido sims staying out when they should really be in. Just a simple 'interlock', 'don't interlock' toggle on the Simulcra command panel and I feel a lot of the problems, especially with the Akido sims, would be solved. I can quote HCFrog saying that Akido not entering IL is a deep rooted AI problem ... so why not take that decision away from the computer?

This is particularly important to me because once my sim has interlocked, which I often don't want it to do, I'm reduced to spicking away from the outside with a gun and the occasional heal, negating the Utilit Master's strengths.

Obviously by default the setting would be normal AI, as it is at the moment. But would it be overly hard to add a few lines (gross oversimplification, I know) to the AI scripting to enable this behaviour?

(P.S - Stopping 9mmFu meatwadding my sims would be helpful too SMILEY )
