Why dont you just do what everyone else does, Get rid of most of the trees/code you dont use. I frankly only carry at least 200 of each code bit, 20 of each red frag and any abilities that are not levelable I dont keep in the code archive but code them when need be... (Keep in mind that the ones that ARE leveled are not to be discarded). Micromanagement of resources seems to be the key until an upgrade is made to the game... Use teh Micro *zen chant*.
