it sounds good dont it?

being able to upload and switch abilities whenever you'll like...

oh thats the problem you can constantly be doing /loadlo's in pvp so you cant be beaten...

imagine just grinding for days to get max rep? so they can geeeet the ultimate hardline...

yes i agree it would be nice but it would lead to so many balance problems as like i say if your pvping but low on health...../loadlo patcher...you upgrade master, heal your self and buff yourself in a matter of seconds using macros...then you just..../loadlo karateGM and you can pawn....

/edit
however if all it did was take you to the loading area and it had like a 5minute reuse timer then it may be different

In the movies, all redpills use mobile phones. Mouse had one as he got shot, too. Could he jackout by using it? No. The only purpose of those phones was communication with each other and the operator. Ok, Cypher used his one to reveal their position to the agents, but that's something different. Also, if an operator loads anything into someone's brain (like helicopter flying abilities into Tryinity's), he doesn't use hardlines or mobile phones but simply their connection. Ok, not so sure about the last one...

Not a bad idea, but I don't think it will be ever implemented. As it was said before, it would cause balance problems and wouldn't make too much sense. But could be.
