I think he was speaking from more of the eyes of zion doing something about him. But ultimately he'll just get out of it by blaming the cypherites and fabricating a story. Whose zion going to believe, a bunch of masked terrorists, or their loyal competent amazing warrior (30 my **bleep**.) anome.

All the same, every second hes in power demonstrates the fabulous ability that zion has to put people into power posistions, commander locke comes to mind.
