(( This is my first MMO / RP'ing, and my frist time posting about my character, Enjoy ! ))
Denolus sat on top of the Pagoda, the wind lightly blowing his bandanna. The wind was as common as the Tigers who patrolled the park. If the wind wasn't blowing, the rain was falling. Water never really bothered the program, to him it was just code, and something he'd grown accustomed to. Deno` had come to enjoy the so called rain. Many times he had been told that the rain would renew your spirit. Much time had been spent pondering such a comment. He had came to the conclusion he wasn't certain what the humans spoke of, but he certainly seemed rejuvenated when the rain fell.
His quick moving fingers typed the code structure for a new ability, while the wind continued to taunt the bandanna that covered his face. Deno` had become quite interested with the human physiology, and had spent time learning how to repair it. Most of his free time was spent learning the code structure of the patcher programs. Studying the Renew R.S.I. ability that laid in his hand Denolus thought. I should upload you...
Standing up leisurely he stretched and turned to get a better view of the park. The Tigers had been known to cause trouble late at night in Yeung, but Deno had become accustom to helping the local Bluepills. He had many reasons for staying close to Murasaki. He felt at home here, and the view was pleasant as well. Fortunately all was relatively quiet this night.
With the thought of jumping he was airborne. Gliding towards the clouds at the height of his apex he flipped forward and was falling on a downward arc towards the hardline.
With a Bluepill watching he landed beside the hardline and lifted the receiver.
“Cicada, I have a new ability to load. Are you ready?”
“Yes I am Denolus.”
Her words ending brought not only silence, it brought with it a stream of code into his program. With in a short moment the ability had finished loading in to his memory. For just a fraction of a second his vision glitched while the ability was loaded. He opened his eyes slowly, and accessed the new ability to study its attributes. The Bluepill across the street was still giving him a strange look. Deno` stared at him sunglasses resting on his nose. The Bluepill looked away, then looked back, and continued walking to his destination.
Turning to face the park Denolus started to run towards the pagoda. With the thought of being on top he sailed in the air gliding back to rest on the statue. He spun around to face the Bluepill, and watched him enter his apartment complex, he shook his head. Laying down to stare at the night's lights and searching for his decompiler, he recalled that humans use to read the sky at night to figure out things to come. Why would someone want to know the future. For if one knows the future, how can one have choice? He fumbled for his decompiler and pulled it out of his coat. Turning the device on he started to decompile the code for a new pair of pants. Then the familiar sound of a ballistic weapon being fired startled him. He spun around 180 degrees to focus on a Bluepill falling back slowly. Deno` jumped in the air and sailed to catch the falling Bluepill. In a crouching position he held the body, the person stared into the program's eyes, Deno looked away as the Bluepill fell limp. Slowly looking up to stare at the thug, his eyes flared. He slowly looked around the park then locked his attention to the thug.“What right do you have?”
The gang member looked around, but finding no support from his gang, alone he stood. Denolus rose slowly and glared at the Tiger that was before him. “You wanted to kill, I wanted to delete. I had a feeling I would get the chance to delete -something- tonight, Karma is **bleep**, Eh Exile?”
“Go ahead and try Outcast. Even the Mero. doesn't want a defect like -you- working for him.” The gang member drew his SMG and aimed at the program. Desperately he tried to control his firing, but Deno` moved to fast. "**bleep** you outcast! Arrgh!!”
“I told you Karma was a **bleep**.”
Deno` aimed both Bedlams and spun around gracefully firing three
shots with the completion of each spin. By the time his short dance was done code exited the holes where the bullets entered.
“I work for those who need it Exile.”
Denolus stood over the thug till the Matrix deleted him, pulling out his phone he hit a button.
Making his voice sound panic stricken he spoke on the phone “Yes 911 I have an emergency”
“State your emergency, Please"
"I was .. walking in the Yeung park in Murasaki... and Someone ...
was.. Shot I think they might be Dead.”
“Units are on the enroute now, please stay calm, Sir!”
In the background he overheard someone say “I can't trace the call”
“Caller whe**click**
With that said he clicked the button to end the call. Spinning around to face the street he ran as fast as he could towards the hardline. The sounds of emergency vehicles could be heard drawing towards his location, He quickly lifted the receiver as the police car skidded behind him. The police officer went to get out of his car, but the phone fell to the end of its cord.
