Been to a faction or organisation meeting? Witnessed a serious conflict? Want to tell your friends about it, but don't want to give them a bunch of screenshots or horrible log files?<strong> Then this is the tool for you!</strong>

1. Take your evil looking MxO log file (located at <em><game directory>/Profiles/<your account>/chat.log</em>

2. Grab the lines you need;
3. Paste them into the form linked to above;
4. Set the options if you need to (instructions are at the bottom of the page);
5. Hit Format;
6. Copy the code that appears and paste it wherever you want!
There are all sorts of options available:
- Choose from botched HTML (for these very forums), good X/HTML (for Web pages) or typical BBcode (for simpler forums like phpBB);
- Choose to filter out any channel you want (like secret faction chat or /tells);
- Colour the names of important people (or colour their entire messages);
- Format [System] messages to look like <em>*action sequences*</em>;
- Make MxO-chat formatting ({i}, {b} and {c:######} tags) visible wherever you post the logs.
Make the Data Node 1 forums presentable: format your logs!
(Just make sure you actually log the meetings/events you're attending: use the /logstart command in-game or hit Alt+L.)
Obviously I'm open to suggestions to improve the tool, but I'm rather busy finishing off the rest of the faction Web site.
