Head to your Organization Archivist (type /orgnames to know where you belong)
Make sure you tag the nearest hardline so you can get back quickly
Buy the book from the vendor (Yuki 15-25) .Equip it and wait by the NPC reading a book, he will
warp you to Yuki. (Permanent item, buy it once)
