The Architect knew it, the Oracle prophesized it, and the watchers will come to watch it.

Even
the "mathematical harmony" that is the Matrix has flaws.  If Neo
ended the cycle of system anamolies, then what is left?  The
programs that governed the anamoly shall seek exile, no?  They no
longer have a purpose.

But what if it couldn't exile?  What
then does it choose?  The Source won't allow it to survive.
It must find another way.

Over time, random segments of code will
begin to form together to perform unexpected protocols.  It's
happened before, and it will happen again.  And what of
Smith?  Surely parts of his code still haunts the Matrix.

You've never seen or heard of them you say?

"Of
course you have. Every time you've heard someone say they saw a ghost,
or an angel. Every story you've ever heard about vampires, werewolves,
or aliens is the system assimilating some program that's doing
something they're not supposed to be doing."

This poses a great
threat to all in the Matrix.  Organizations must choose if they
will work together to vanquish this threat.  In the Matrix,
nothing is as it seems.  Random segments of code...or is it
something more?
