Anyone want to help me with breaking into Andromeda's emergency workaround system?

   I'm having trouble with the cutup picture that holds the solution to the second gateway.  I don't have any good image programs. SMILEY

   Yep.  I'm past that and at the solution to the second gateway.  The problem is that the solution is on a multicolored picture that has been cut up and shuffled.  I don't have an image program good enough to edit it and view the solution properly.

I laughed too when I first saw it.  Unfortunately, when the dots
go from 1 to 81 but you can only see 16, it makes it kind of tough.

After some research, and thinking of the file name, I found there are "Alpha Braille Dots" with the number of dots coorisponding to letters.


Can't seem to make much more of a connection then that.
