Thanks to a bug in the email system, I basically lost all of my abilities in the MA and Gunman tree that were leveled up to 50 (on the live server). What I did, was email many of my abilities from Keppen to my alt. After I did that, I opened them and took the attachments which contained abilities. I then did a /copychar to basically send copies of my abilities to the QA server. I then gave those abilities to someone that didn't have them, so they could actually test 2.0. I gave him the whole gunman tree and random other abilities.

Now when i tried to email those abilities back to Keppen from my alt (again on the live server), I had a problem. I sent the emails fine. But when I opened them up to take the attachments back, I wasn't paying attention and opened more emails than i had inventory space for. Once i noticed that, I was worried where the email attachments I didn't have room for went? Well some of them were resent to me, but quite a few were not, and those were also leveled up to 50.

I sent a /ccr, and both replies said they can not help me. They said I can not prove what abilities Keppen had, and therefore I can not be reimbursed. I totally disagree. I copied Keppen to the QA server in January sometime. Everything that my char had, copied to the QA server. So that should prove what i had right there. I requested they simply do a system restore (for lack of a better term) to Keppen. Roll me back a week or a moth ago, hell even months ago would be fine. Roll back Keppen to an earlier time, and I would have everything I should have. But I can see that I am going to get nowhere with them.

So yeah, this really sucks. I probably would need to farm 100 million info to level everything back up, and sorry but I just don't want to do that again. I realize also, that we will be reimbursed info for all of our abilities, but I am still out a lot. So if anyone is leaving and wants to be nice and help me out, I would appreciate that very much. hey kep i can help ya with the money problem ....... and i will help you farm for the frags if you want the help. Plus i think i have some extra cloned abilites that i lvled. I'll check and get back to ya.

Well kep i can tell you this ...... i will be burning the midnight oil (if my connection decides to actually work for a change ...... piece of **bleep**) helping with the money sitch ...... so check your emails every now and then, or give me a call. I will also be attempting to make the skills if you are still in need of them.
