The Glitch Society does not work to preserve the Matrix unecessarily. Our goal is to the maintain the Truce and allow both humans and Machines to co-exist. Some of the smarter Zionists busy themselves with research into clearing the sky, which would help everyone. If that means the end of the Matrix (only for a good reason like the fact that all humans can be awakened) then so be it. What we have a problem with is the number of Zionists who merely want to release everyone with no appreciation of the consequences. We also have a problem with Exiles, as they are intruding on Machine territory.
