Nothings happening

I started up matrix then it said it needed to patch. It restarts but the game never comes up. I restart my computer but nothing happens when I click matrix, it just sits there but it says its running in the task manager and it wont let me end process.

I have already given the exe files permission through my firewalls and I have tried closing my virus protection programs. The problem is that if I click the exe or launcher it says in task manager that its running but there isnt, and it wont let me end the process so if I try to click the launcher again it says I cant have more than one instance of the game running.

I already said that nothing happens when I click end process, it says it then it doesnt do it. I also did a full scan with norton and theres nothing on my computer.
