I'm having the same problem. SOE took my card details over the phone, supposedly tried it and then said exactly what the poster above did.
So with 5 free days on my account and instructions to try at different times throughout those 5 days, I did exactly as I was told. I've tried numerous times at various times (day, night, middle of the night. early morning) and it just will not go through.
Does anyone know of a place online that sells Sony game cards that are delivered via email?
It's frusterating because this is the one and only time that my card has not worked online and I've used it countless times on many different websites.
