Launching and starting up Mxo

hello i am sgtclunk.

i have tried to login and start up the game .

last night and today i clicked on the icon,it acted like it wa loading but no lgoin screen shows up. it doesnt even get to the license part.

is thier a way to fix this?

it does the same thing when i start it from the START menu on my desktop.
