Apparently you're not supposed to keep a computer running for several months at a time and just shut it off without any warning, because it proceeds to explode (I'm okay, thanks for asking). This has led to my search for quote unquote "a computer that's good for the money". In parent-lingo that probably means "the cheapest one that works".
So I've come to base what my computer specs should be based on the most taxing game I've ever played EVER. Whatever computer makes this game run good has GOT to work good with **bleep** near anything.
I'd like your ideas on what brand of each part of a computer works best for a program like this, and I'll take that into consideration into my computer shopping campaign, which has already become a headache before it's started!
