Starting yesterday afternoon, I've been experiencing unplayable lag both on QA and Vector. I can't run, or even walk half a meter without bouncing back and forth for several seconds like I'm rubberbanding.
I did not make any changes to my system, I've turned all the useropts I've been playing with off, I've tried playing in the lowest detail settings possible, nothing has worked.
At any given time, in the middle of nowhere, my lag bar is all the way in the red, and reads:
1076ms rsvr
0ms - 1600ms jrtt (it spikes up and down)
913ms msvr
I've tried turning off my firewall and it doesn't help.
It seems when "rsvr" is lower, I can run fine. Once it goes past 600, I can't walk or run at all.
