Exact procedure to convert account ?

can somebody tell me how to convert a account again if you have no SOE account yet ?

use the big button first to enter your old WB login ?
then what ? create a SOE account ?

Did a search but did not come up with any helpfull results and i bassicly forgot how it was done exactly.

thanks, somehow i looked over the knowledgebase

yeah i am hoping the account can still be converted since the
ingame name is still reserved because it linked to that account i  am trying to convert
