itsays my subscription is up to date but wont let me accept a charector and jack in. does anyone have any ideas

yes mate, try posting this on the part of the forum which IS NOT the recruiting threads, or try asking one of the guys in the Tech Support part 
Are you getting an error code...anything like that? If you are post the exact error.
