Slowdown while Hyper-jumping.

Hello everyone, this is a rather new development so I'm not entirely
sure what is going on.  For a few days now, whenever I Hyperjump,
the terrain moves by very choppy, as if I get a sudden drop in
framerate, but I don't, I'm still rock solid at 30 fps.  Changing
the graphic settings does nothing, whether on full framerate or full
detail. 



Has anyone had a problem with this?

Lots of people have this problem.  Ive never found a fix although
some have had success with using modded drivers like those found for
nvidia cards at sites like http://www.tweaksrus.com/. Ive always had the problem no matter what driver or settings I use.
