Your graphics card sucks and this is in the wrong section of the forums. Play the game in windowed mode. SMILEY

(Jerkface, you were warned about continuing to post that image in other people's threads.  It is totally uncalled for.)

In order to play the game in windowed mode, you will need to select your Options tab located in the lower right of the screen. Select the top link (I believe its Options) and a pop up box should appear. There is box to check that says Windowed mode, click that and it will ask you if you want to keep this setting, click yes.

As moving an invisible mouse in game is somewhat difficult, here's a better way to set your game to window mode:

Open the file "Options.cfg" (found in the root directory for the game) in a text editor and find the following line:

Windowed = 0

Change that to:

Windowed = 1

and save the file. Make a backup of the file and store it somewhere else just in case.
If have trouble locating that file, hit F3 on an empty part of the screen and use the windows search feature to find all files named "Options.cfg" when you see the one listed in the folder for MXO, that's the one you edit.

This has been tried and tested and works a treat =)
