Were you playing the game and made a fast exit (like ALT+F4) or did you get kicked? If so then you should give your account 2-5 min to timeout and then try. When this happens to me I just wait for a bit and most of the time it works again.

I'm having the same problem with one of my two accounts. It
started last thursday and I tried to contact in-game support form my
working first account.... They said that there was nothing they
could do and that I would have to contact customer support. It
wasn't till late friday night before I got that message and you know
the support hours.... NO WEEKENDS... I did get an email to
them but only recieved a reply this morning saying that they were
sending it in for a "Logon Reset" and that it should be done shortly..
that message was about 6am PT... I keep trying for hours after I
got that message with no luck. I updated the email letting them
know that it didn't work so they responded about 2pm saying that I
would have to wait for a server maintaince reset. Whenever that
will be.... I also tried later to use the on-line chat and still
got about the same message... "WAIT FOR THE SERVERS TO SHUTDOWN AND
RESTART."
