It say the program has run into a error or something like that then shuts down
I dont think the game wants to go
....
How far do you get into the uninstaller, do you get past the info collection and the point where it ask you if you want to remove the game?

it doesn't even start up for me man, i'm pissed i can't install Cov/Coh unless i free up some room on my harddrive.
If the uninstaller won't remove the game from your computer, you can have windows remove it.
With Win2K, click the start button and go into "Set Program Access and
Defaults." Now click "Change or Remove Programs" on the right-hand side
of that window, find The Matrix Online and click remove. It's best to
remove a program with its own uninstaller, but this will work too.
Hope this helps, good luck to ya. :smileywink:

You could do what I did, and just get rid of Windows.

get rid of windows how? And the progrmas access and default thingy windows remover won't work either.
Looks like you'll have to delete the game directory, a rather ugly way to do it and somethign your not really supposed to do.
You could then go back into add/remove programs and press remove and that will remove the installer from the list there as well.
Would be good to know what the exact error message says though instead of it has run into an error or something like that.

Sorry not good wit computers

The next time you get that error,
press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard and then open up
MSPaint. Select Edit, and then select Paste. Save the image as a .jpg
and post it up here. If everyone can see the exact error message you
see, I'm sure someone can point you in the right direction. :smileywink:
