Patch system error (result code -36)

I started getting this error message after the transistion to SOE. When I started up the Updater I would not be allowed to log in and get the following error message pop up in an error box:

"Patch system error (result code -36)

Requested download byte range could not be satisfied."

Then I would get the following error appear in the Updater:

"Received unexpected result code from patcher (0)"

Any ideas on how to sort this out would be great. I have not changed any settings and could get it to work fine before.

Try running an antivirus scan and a spyware removal scan on your PC.

You also may want to consider uninstalling and reinstalling MXO on that PC.
