could some 1 tell me how to move servers ?

You can't, when MxO was ran by Lith you could move your character but you couldent go from a regular server to a hostile server, they dident want high level people moving to a PVP server without all the fun stuff. I don't know if SOE plans to have the option to move characters, we will have to wait and see.

That move was the one off that was granted when the european servers were opened unless I missed something big.

Unfortunately, for the time being.  I don't believe that there are any plans to implement a character transfer system into MXO.  Maybe eventually in distant future, but not in the near future.
