New Support Interface Not Showing Existing Tickets

Just like the title says, when I go into the section of the new Support
Request Interface where there should be a list of pending tickets, I
see none.  Comments, needs?

I take it your talking about the old system that you had to use a email address and all that stuff? You wont see those tickets anymore because this new system is different from the old one in a way, this new one is linked to your account and the old one you could make an account anytime you wanted to. The only downside I see with this new system is the fact that you can only have one ticket at a time SMILEY not cool.

Oh no, I mean tickets I've submitted SINCE the new system was
implemented aren't showing either, and there is no longer a way to
check them online outside the game....soooo....

Tickets should be answered and should show, are you sure you didn't submit a /bug report?

Adding on to that.  If anyone else can't see their ticket listed, make sure that they have switched the CS request from a bug to a ticket.  It defaults to bug, unfortunately.  So you manually have to switch it.
