Hi every one. I just recently purchased a ATI radeon 9250 256 MB video card. Works well with the game, but i have a slight graphical issue that i need help with. When my character is in world (jacked in) it looks like the surface of his clothes are moveing\blinking. Its hard for me to describe, looks like little patterns moveing all over my clothes and other player clothes as well. It doesn't happen with all clothes; also, i noticed that it looks like my tattoos are blinking, only the ones on my body, Not the one on my face. I talked with some1 in the SOE live support chat, and he told me to try to delete the files in my profiles folder, in matrix folder, and then do the patch thing when i started up game. needless to say... that didn't work. anyone have any idea, whats goin on? The only driver i could find for my card was the catalyst 5.9 thing.

That card doesent support a few types of rendering that the game uses, this is the same things that I got with my 9000, but I got a 9550 and that fixed it. About the only thing you can do is get a better card, if you can.

I've got pretty much the same card, and I have the same problems.

It's a compatibility issue with the card as far as I can tell. All I can suggest is to wear clothes that don't have flickering textures, and cover your tats... although with face tats that will be tough...

If Joel has a work around though I'd love to hear it. Personally, it seems the 9250 may be the best card my PC can handle so upgrading cards isn't an option for me.

I have the same problem, and likewise with a similar card, mine is a Radeon 9000 pro. I'll drop a post in a few minutes with the system info, would be very cool to get this fixed/improved. Thanks Joel.

Hi, me again. just to let you know, when i gave you the direct X information, i didn't have the catalyst 5.9 driver installed. i down graded to see if that would help, but it didn't. i'll be posting MSinfo very soon. please let me know if I posted the right direct X info.

and its ridiculus..I upgraded my PC to it's max and yet, the game still has graphical issues. The people that have mother boards that only supports PCI video cards needs help! Some people just do not have the money to go and buy a 200 doller mother board and a 200 doller video card, so please please help us out. Thanks.

i have a radion as well. my uneducated guess and comment is the fact it seems to be an effect with the shader in the said radion cards.

Could you post a screenshot displaying the broken textures? A lot of times issues like this are due to overheating. Have you checked for that?
