I have sent two CCRs in the last two days, each of them dealing with a player using Zen Master. Each time, I take screenshots, and then attach those screenshots to the CCR using the attach file box.
However, both times, I have received emails suggesting to me that in the future, I should include screenshots with my CCR tickets so that the matter may be investigated more thoroughly.
Is there a known existing bug that causes file attachments to CCRs to be lost? Has anyone else experienced this problem? And, does anyone know of a way to fix it?
