My friend can't jack in because his account is closed.

I have a friend who has the same problem, wont let him put in his credict card and it wont let him sign into the forums or anything, Can we please get a Dev to look into this problem? Ive noticed alot of people having this problem and Ive had it once before luckily mine finally worked. Thanks
