I downloaded a 10 day trial of MXO, you asked me for card details, I used my current account, I got trail on the 21st of June, submitted a ticket about cancelation to which you haven't answered as yet, I've checked my statement and you have billed me already.

You're giving me a free copy of Matrix Online are you? Because I haven't purchased it, just downloaded a trial.

I'm awaiting live chat to find out what exactly has gone on here. You should not have billed me for this. Period.

Well, Fileplanet stated that a credit card was not needed for the 10-day trial... So, I'm not sure if they're gonna refund you.

Everyone else addressed the fact that you didn't need to put in your credit card information for this free trial.

I just wanted to say: YES. You just downloaded a free copy of MxO. That's a $19.99 game disk that you don't have to buy. When your 10-day trial is up, and you want to keep playing, just put in your credit card information and go. Other games(such as CoV/CoH) require you to go out and purchase the game disks($19.99 and $29.99 respectively) in order to keep playing.
