help me please

i can't get in swg cause it says i dont have an account for it but with
my soe account that i used for MxO i changed it to station access where
i can play all SoE games and i downloaded star wars galaxies from
fileplanet and it wont let me log in on it ...says i need another cd
key..help me out plz
