I headed over to the Knowledge base in order to find some info on the
current login issue as its annoying me and as this is my 30days free
trial period I may cancel my account and move over to a game where the
tech support actually provide support.....anyway here is what i said:
So anyway after 10 minutes of waiting I finally got round to speaking
with someone who asked me for my account details etc, I cannot see why
they need this information. Anyway he went on to mention that he would
pass my details on to his supervisor, why would he need to do this?
I then mentioned about teh current issues again with login for many players which he seemed
to know nothing about. He also asked if I could login with another
character but as I dont have another character I said no, he then told
me he couldnt help me and that I had to contact someone else, now if I
had contacted the wrong department I would accept that but Im sorry but
that was a silly answer, If i was allowed I would actually tell you the
agents name but I cannot, I will tell you if needed via a pm.
So there you have it, SOE Live Chat is as useful as a chocolate fireguard!:robotmad:

I am getting the following Login Error: The character
could not be loaded because there is already a load attempt in
progress. So is many other people but no support seems to have been
given on the forums, I would like this to be fixed. I am on my free
1month trial of the game before I decide to go ahead with billing. If
this issue continues for me today I will be cancelling my subscription
and I will purchase something else because its now beyond a joke, its
starting to become annoying.Its a waste of my money paying for a game i
cannot play.
