Billing and Account Management

I need to gain access to my billing details etc because I cant remember the bill date, can anyone tell me how to do this?

Do you know if its possible to change my Station Name?

As far as I know your stuck with it unfortunately, the same as your forum name.

Its a pain to be honest cus through out the web im known as Nutronic, I
managed to register the name Nutronic as a character but when I tried
to register it as a station name it said it had been took. Now this can
happen because of 2 reasons:

1. A guy in America who is also a radio dj has this name and I met
   him on yahoo a few years ago and has decided to register for MxO,
   or......


2. Someone knows me and thought it would be funny to use my DJ name as his/her login which is the most annoying part

So is there anyway or anyone I could contact in order to get my station name changed to something else? or is the answer no?

The answer is still no as far as I am aware.

Try going to the supposrt section and submit a petition, but I find it highly unlikely they will change it.
