Im a huge fan of his, and little did I know at the time he was the creator of the Batman dark Knight, and is the inspiration to Batman Begins and other well known comics, I just new him from the Director of Sin City.

I met him at my work a while back and was talking to him about Sin City and how much I liked it and its visuals, I hadn't seen a movie like that before etc. I met him a few more times while he came to WB for meetings etc and one day he came to where I was and gave me this big hand drawn pic signed with my name on it. I remember thinking wow what a great guy to go out of his way to bring me something, thats when my friends proceeded to tell me EXACTLY who he was..

He has this great black leather bound series thats worth every penny for those die hard fans.

And the website that has everything he's done, very complex.

He's also in the process of doing Sin City 2 I can't wait to see that!

Thanks for the Memories MXO!

You met Frank Miller?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  You better have given him a kiss!  There is also a sequel to The Dark Knight Returns he did a few years ago. . .Jeeze, maybe '96?  I've got it but I'm too lazy to grab it to be sure lol!  Congrats on meeting him though, super cool!  That'll never happen to me since I'm in London Ontario Canada. . .lol.  He also revamped Marvel's Daredevil and the film (even though it left alot to be desired) was based on his writing of the character and if I'm not mistaken he created Elektra.  For all you youngin's out there he did alot of work for good old Robocop comics and the first two films, the outcome of which Mr.  Miller was not too impressed with.  That created his aversion of working with Hollywood.  Then Robert Rodriguez finally got Frank out to see his little scene for Sin City and convinced him to co-direct!  Finally, someone in Hollywood doing comic book movies right!!!!!!!!!!!  Congrats again Midnight!:smileywink:

I forgot to add that in the Daredevil flick Frank Miller makes a camio appearance.  When Bullseye kills a guy in an alley with a pencil to the forhead and steals a motorcycle, yeah, that's Frank Miller.  I guess everyone probably knows that Kevin Smith also appeared as the coroner. . .:smileywink:

Lucky you Midnight, Being a comic fan I can point out sevral of Frank Millers body of work that rock. This remids me of the time I met David Crosby of Crosby Nash and Stills at a smashing pumkins concert and my mom had to tell me who he was.
