So I figure I'd just post up a fun little topic for us all to chew on.

Fight Club - excellent direction
Whale Rider - almost made me cry
A Guide to Recognising Your Saints - Shia LaBeouf really can act
The Prestige - another excellent screenplay
The Good, The Bad and The Ugly - music and cinematography
2001: A Space Odyssey - cinematography
The Godfather I & II - Pacino
Return of the Jedi - Luke, Vader, Palpatine confrontation
The Breakfast Club - on TV a lot when I was younger, nostalgia
Amelie - cinematography, screenplay
Blade Runner - perfect, timeless
Friday Night Lights - encouraging
Crash - same reason as Stack
Alien and The Terminator - the only bastions of light in two frakked up franchises
