Hello, I decided the post this because tech support is taking a while to reply back and i really want to play so I thought that maybe someone else has had this problem and they can tell me what to do. When I log in and it tries connecting to the servers and loading my character, it gives me this error message:
"Failure due to corrupted files. Run a virus scan, then retry with 'Full System Check.' If problem presists, click the support button in the launcher."
Well I ran the virus scan and nothing came up on my whole computer, and I tried the Full System Check and that didn't help either. So what do I do now? Anyone know? Thanks
