I just accidentally deleted my Fly In Amber. I never used it, but I always wanted to keep it to remind me of that event. And now it's gone. I /ccr'ed it and they said that they can't bring back deleted items. Is there any way I can get it back?

Ouch, unfortunately something like that you can't recover. 
He's right, to my knowledge nothing can be done about lost items. It's a real shame, I know.

well they can get back deleted items....how? by remaking them.

Technically they can "get it back". But it's CSR policy not to. =(
