1) If you dont want to be constantly pvping, choose either Syntax or Recursion. Recursion is the most populated but people from Syntax love it there too. Just whatever you do, do not choose Vector, cuz thats constant pvp once you hit lvl 16.
2) I'm not good at technical questions such as this. You'll have to wait for someone with more graphics knowledge :smileysad:
3)Combat Revamp 2.0 is in the testing mode on the External Playtest server and is far from being done. It could take a month, it could take another year. Nobody knows. Go ahead and create your character now, but just know that when it does come out you will have to learn the combat all over again.
