Veil is a high ranking person in the masked men 
( I am guessing she is the leader actually) A lot of the masked men are officers in Zion or some of the other organizations! :O (Maybe even on your ship!) And they have to keep their identities secret which is why they have masks =)

She got caught when she murdered a person on her crew while they were in the Matrix, and transmissions to the masked men were found! :o There were clues left behind in the Matrix and the players used them to find out who did the murder

O thank you soo much. I totally remember that now. But, why did they change her RSI?
i am not really sure! I noticed Neurophyte was a lot more tan and with dark hair on the days before she fought the assassin on Recursion! =P
